Panel upgrades
A panel that trips, runs warm, or still uses fuses is not a small inconvenience. It is the point where the rest of the house gets its power.
Dennis Garcia replaces fuse panels with circuit breaker panels, upgrades service capacity, and sorts out overhead or underground service changes. The goal is straightforward: enough power for the way the house is actually used, with breakers that shut a circuit down when something is wrong.
Whole-house surge protection can be added at the same time, which matters in towns where summer storms and older utility lines are part of the picture. If the dryer, oven, and air conditioner cannot run without a trip, the panel is the first place to look.
When to call
- Lights dim when a large appliance starts
- The panel is warm, rusted, buzzing, or missing its cover
- There is no spare breaker space for a renovation
- An inspector flagged the service during a sale or remodel
